Description:
Across from Home Depot there are cars/trucks parked over 72 hours generally with people sleeping in them overnight. On the Home Depot side trash is all over the sidewalk and rock landscaping. Trashy streets is not representative of the image San Diego wishes to create. That trash is there all the time thrown by people who park/sleep there chasing after people who go to HD making us feel uncomfortable :( :(
