Description:
MIssed recycling bin pickup for the entire cul de sac. Greenery pick up truck broke down in cul de sac, spilling hydraulic fluid, creating an environmental spill issue, and blocking access for residents and other scheduled pick up services. Blue bins were never able to be picked up.
