Description:TREE STILL ENCROACHING ON PROPERTY; Giant tree on the parkway is VERY overgrown and touching the apartment building. For many years it has needed to be cut back. The roots are pushing up the sidewalk and are causing plumbing problems. It has been reported here many times, and nothing has happened. Please have someone look and they will see problem.
