Description:On Camino Del Norte as you enter Poway, a company has complete its trenching operation and has not repaired the road to match the current street quality nor any standard that have been able to find. Trench was covered with manually applied cold asphalt without any rolling to smooth out the surface, Companies must not be able to dig up our roads and leave them worst then when they started. There is another similar situation at the enterance of Costco on Carmel Mtn Road || LOCATION: Camino del Norte as you enter Poway and in front of Costco on Carmel Mountain Road || LANE: right || DIRECTION: Eastbound
